Having a more efficient home is easier than you think. Our energy efficiency discounts help lower your energy costs and make your home feel more comfortable. Contact one of our participating contractors (recommended) or complete our eligibility form and submit an application on your own.

For eligible customers, we offer enhanced incentives through our Income Qualified Energy Efficiency Program. Check the Income Eligibility Form to see if you qualify.


Get Started

  1. Select the home improvement project you are interested in.
  2. Choose a participating contractor (recommended) or complete the eligibility form and submit a rebate application on your own.
  3. If you choose to work with a contractor, they will calculate the El Paso Electric discount and deduct it from your final invoice.

Customer Eligibility
To determine if you are eligible for the Income Qualified Residential Solutions Program, you must receive benefits from one or more of the programs listed on category 1A or 1B found on the Income Eligibility Form.
Single-Family Home
  • Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) General Assistance
  • Federal Public Housing Assistance (FPHA)
  • Health Benefit Coverage under Child Health Plan (CHIP)
  • Low-Income Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) or Comprehensive Energy Assistance Program (CEAP)

  • National School Lunch Program—Free Lunch Program
